Oracle Peoplesoft Campus Solution (OPCS) is UPH's academic information system, which records all students ' academic activities during their studies at UPH Kampus Medan. All your academic activities such as courses in one semester, value IPS and GPA, financial transactions and so on, are all recorded neatly and clearly in this OPCS.
How to access OPCS:
  1. Site Access http://web.academic.uph.edu
  2. Login with User ID of Account office365 student (Email address) Example: 03011100001@student.uph.edu
  3. Password (password) using the email password format UPHDDMMYYYY! (Example: UPH27082018!)
Note: If there is a problem, come to the Student Services Center (SSC) to fill out the application Access form (FOR-02).

Office 365 University helps you to install the Complete Office Application Desktop Version e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and also support Skype for Business, OneDrive with 1TB capacity, and Office Online for 5 devices, like PC, Mac and Tablet (iPad, Windows tablet) - so you can access all the features both for offline and online. You can install the Office in the all type of smartphone.

Every student UPH Medan campus will get a Microsoft Office 365 account in the form of email and some Microsoft facilities/features to support lectures and learning at UPH. Students are expected to immediately activate their respective emails, in order to directly obtain academic, financial, and announcement Study Program information in their respective emails.
How to Access Office 365
a. Please sign in to Office 365 for business on your computer or tablet by opening a web browser.
b. Go to this page to sign in.
c. Each UPH student can already activate the student email with the email address NIM@student.uph.edu, and also enable the parent email with NIM@parent.uph.edu email address with the following guidelines: http://tiny.cc/PanduanM365_UPH

Note : After you sign in for the first time, you can go to http://office365.uph.edu and sign in anytime using your UPH account and new password. For quick access, you might want to add the sign-in page to your favorites.

UPH LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (MOODLE)

 
 
Learning Management System (LMS) or Moodle can be used for students for learning activities outside of class schedules.
How to access LMS/Moodle:
  • Go to learn.uph.edu through your internet browser, such as : safari, chrome, mozilla, etc.
  • Then click 'login' on the top right corner on the page
  • Then click "Open ID connect" , You will be led to login using your email account office365
  • After that click sign in
Notes: The class in LMS is available H + 1 after the enrollment process in the academic system (OPCS) is completed

Enjoy the unlimited Wi-Fi anytime and anywhere in the campus area. You have to do the authentication in the WiFi login page before you can access the internet.

How to connect to WiFi :
a. Make sure you are already connected to official WiFi UPH: “#WiFi@UPHMedan”
b. Open a browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer), you will automatically directed to UPH WiFi Login Page
c. Enter your User ID (Nomor Induk Mahasiswa) and Password (date of birth: DDMMYYYY)
d. Press Login e. After Login, you can enjoy UPH Wireless Internet Access in UPH Medan Campus Area

Download Form Smartcard Request for Student

S.O.P PRINTING, PERSONALIZATION, AND REGISTRATION SMARTCARD FOR STUDENT
(Print New / Lost / Damaged / Move Programs)

a. Applicant (Student) fillout Form Smartcard in request Student Services Center, 5th floor Lippo Plaza Campus, Universitas Pelita Harapan Medan.
b. Make a payment penalties and administration with the following provisions :
- Card Lost Rp. 200.000
- Card damaged Rp. 100.000 (damaged smartcard must be returned)
- Switch majors Rp. 100,000 (old smartcard must be returned)
- Payment transaction by OVO
c. Perform Validation for the payment transaction to Student Services Center.
d. Receive new Smartcard in the next several days.
